Used to energize spectrum tubes between about 20~24 cm total length. The position of the top electrode in this power supply is adjustable to accomodate tubes of different length in the above range. Emission intensity also is adjustable so as to prolong spectrum tube life. Included with power suplply are eight (8) spectrum tubes: H2, He, N2, O2, Ne, Ar, Kr, and Xe.
Power adapters supplied with this unit have been tested, investigated and found to comply with the requirements of the Standard(s) for Power Supplies with Extra Low Voltage Class 2 Outputs (CAN/CSA-C22.2 No. 223) and are identified with the cTÜV Listed Mark.
