The regions of the brain that govern movement, touch, vision, speech and other functions are designated. In addition, the natural size model is a highly detailed representation of a human brain, with main structures like the lobes and cerebellum shown. The model is dissectible into two parts, resting together in a molded plastic base. Constructed of plastic and hand-painted in natural colors, except for the control centers which are in bright, differentiating hues. Dimensions not including base: 12 × 13 × 15 cm.
