<p> </p> <p>To offer as many products as we can to our customers, we've worked with our vendors to now offer <strong>Build to Order</strong> items. These items can be ordered and then are built by the manufacturer on demand, so they will take approximately 2-4 months to get to us.</p> <p>You'll see a <strong>"Build to Order"</strong> status on items that we don't stock in our Edmonton, AB warehouse.</p> <p>Some notes about <strong>Build to Order</strong> items:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Most orders take 2-4 months to ship to our warehouse and then will ship out at your specified shipping method. Depending on the item, it may be much faster than 2 months for us to receive it.</p> </li> <li> <p>You will need to provide a PO number. If paying by credit card, you will be charged your full order amount at the time of order.</p> </li> <li> <p>In rare circumstances, an item may have been discontinued by the manufacturer.
