Product Overview
An efficient and durable burner for laboratory applications where small, intense flame is needed. The burner mixing tube is aluminum and threaded into a zinc alloy base. Air supply is controlled by a nickel-plated brass sleeve covering ports at the lower end of the mixing tube. Brass flame stabilizing top permits gas to emerge at low velocity in an annular ring thereby acting as a pilot for the principal flame and steadying it. Gas flow is controlled by a needle valve located above the base, permitting easy flame adjustment, and minimizing possibility of tipping. Serrated inlet tube takes rubber tubing 7-9 mm bore. Overall height 100 mm.
