Product Overview
This package contains 100 grams of Potato Dextrose Agar, suitable for cultivating fungi and yeasts in petri dishes. To prepare, mix 39 grams of the dehydrated agar with 1 liter of deionized water and bring to a boil while stirring to ensure complete dissolution. Autoclave the mixture for sterilization, then pour it into petri dishes or culture tubes and allow it to cool and solidify. Each bottle yields 2.5 liters of growth medium.
