Product Overview
Tryptic Soy Agar is designed for isolating and cultivating both fastidious and nonfastidious microorganisms. It comes premixed in a narrow-mouth bottle for easy, mess-free pouring and convenient storage. Simply heat the bottle until the medium is fully liquefied, then pour it into petri dishes or culture tubes. Allow the medium to cool and solidify. Each 200 ml bottle yields enough for 16 to 20 standard 100 mm Petri dishes.
This product is specifically designed for use in science education laboratories, and a certificate of analysis is not provided.
