These cylinders are made from Low-expansion Boro 3.3 glass and calibrated to contain (TC) at a +20°C reference temperature. They are printed in durable amber stain which fuses into the glass. Sturdy hexagonal base prevents it from rolling off a laboratory bench. Complies with Class 'A' DIN ISO 4788 Standard. Batch certificate available upon request. Packed in breakage-resistant boxes of 2.
Ordering Information: This product must be ordered in groups of 2 in each size (i.e., 2, 4, 6, etc.) due to manufacturer's packaging. Except 1L and 2L cylinders which are packed 1 per box - these sizes may be ordered in quantity of 1.
The Supertek brand glassware is produced in a highly automated facility located in Ambala Cantt, India. The Supertek brand glass is a borosilicate glass type 3.3 as specified by ISO 3585. The primary attributes of the glass are its maximum chemical resistance, minimal thermal expansion, and high resistance to thermal shock. The Supertek glass is highly resistant to permeation by acids, salt solutions, organic substances, and halogens, and is relatively resistant to alkaline solutions.
