Product Overview
This package contains 1000 grams of Luria (Miller's) Broth, designed for growing and maintaining recombinant E. coli cultures. The dehydrated broth is conveniently stored in a plastic open-mouth bottle. To prepare, simply mix 25 grams of the medium with 1 liter of deionized water and bring to a boil while stirring to ensure complete dissolution. Autoclave the mixture for sterilization. Each bottle produces 40 liters of growth medium.
