Product Overview
This package contains 500 grams of Luria (Miller's) Broth, designed for growing and maintaining recombinant E. coli cultures. The dehydrated broth is conveniently stored in a plastic open-mouth bottle. To prepare, simply mix 25 grams of the medium with 1 liter of deionized water and bring to a boil while stirring to ensure complete dissolution. Autoclave the mixture for sterilization. Each bottle produces 20 liters of growth medium.
This product is specifically designed for use in science education laboratories, and a certificate of analysis is not provided.
