Product Overview
This package contains 1000 grams of Nutrient Broth, designed as a general-purpose growth medium for culture flasks or tubes. It provides all the essential nutrients needed for the growth of a wide variety of bacteria and some fungi. The dehydrated broth is conveniently stored in a plastic open-mouth bottle. To prepare, mix 8 grams of the medium with 1 liter of deionized water, bring to a boil while stirring to ensure complete dissolution. Autoclave the mixture for sterilization. Each bottle yields 125 liters of broth.
