Product Overview
This package contains 500 grams of Potato Dextrose Broth, designed for the cultivation of fungi and yeasts in culture flasks or tubes. To prepare, mix 24 grams of the dehydrated broth with 1 liter of deionized water and bring to a boil while stirring to ensure complete dissolution. Autoclave the mixture for sterilization. Each bottle produces 20.8 liters of growth medium.
