These filter flasks have heavy wall construction for vacuum applications. The shape is designed to impart maximum mechanical strength. The neck finish is designed for strength and to ensure good stopper fit. Scale indicates approximate volumes.
The Supertek brand glassware is produced in a highly automated facility located in Ambala Cantt., India. The Supertek brand glass is a borosilicate glass type 3.3 as specified by ISO 3585. The primary attributes of the glass are its maximum chemical resistance, minimal thermal expansion, and high resistance to thermal shock. The Supertek glass is highly resistant to permeation by acids, salt solutions, organic substances, and halogens, and is relatively resistant to alkaline solutions. We supply “Supertek” brand filter flasks, but at times we may have to substitute other brands glassware.
