Product Overview
The Cartesian Diver Apparatus is a visual demonstration of buoyancy and atmospheric pressure. A 2.5" tall, hand-blown glass Cartesian diver rises and falls in a column of water as the pressure is increased and decreased. A red band around the neck of the diver helps make the diver visible during the experiment. Pressure can be increased by compressing a rubber sheet stretched over a water filled cylinder. Instructions included.

- 1 Cartesian Diver
- 1 Hydrometer Tube, borosilicate glass, 350ml capacity, 40mm diameter, 355mm height, ungraduated
