How To Order

We accept orders from schools, colleges, universities, science centers and businesses located within Canada*.

You may order in three different ways:

  • Website - Shop for your items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Choose the 'Credit card' payment option at checkout. Once we receive your order, we review it and send you an an order acknowledgement (Sales Order), typically within 24 hours.

  • Email - You may send orders to sales@sciedco.ca. You will receive an an order acknowledgement (Sales Order) once your order has been processed.

  • Fax - You may fax in your order to 833-SCIEDCO (724-3326). Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order acknowledgement (Sales Order).

Please be sure to “whitelist”, or identify incoming @sciedco.ca/.com emails as safe contacts, so that our order information, invoices, statements, and updates will reach your Inbox in a timely manner.

*NOTE: We currently do not accept online orders from Québec.

Payment

We will email you an invoice once the items in your order have shipped. If you need the invoice sent to an accounting department or business manager, we can add their email to your account as well.

You can pay your invoice online by credit card. Simply click the "Pay $XX.XX" button in your invoice email, and you will be directed to a secure payment page with the amount and reference pre-filled. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

Alternatively, your organization can pay by cheque or direct deposit (EFT) to our bank account.
