We accept orders from schools, colleges, universities, and science centers located within Canada*.
You may order in three different ways:

Website - Shop for your items, place purchases in your cart, and checkout. After we receive your order, we review it and send you an Order Confirmation email, typically within 24 hours.

Email - You may send orders to sales@sciedco.ca. You will receive an Order Confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Fax - You may fax in your order to 1-833-SCIEDCO (724-3326). Once your order has been processed you will receive an Order Confirmation email.
Please be sure to “whitelist”, or identify incoming @sciedco.ca/.com emails as safe contacts, so that our order information, invoices, statements, and updates will reach your Inbox in a timely manner.
*NOTE: We currently do not accept online orders from Québec or online orders being shipped to Québec.
Payment
One of the benefits of purchasing from us is that we do not require payment at the time of order placement, and we offer Net 30-day terms to educational institutions. We will email an invoice to you when items in your order have shipped. From that invoice date, you have 30 days until your invoice is due and payment is due to Sciedco Labs. If you need an invoice to be sent to the accounting department or business manager, we can add that email also to your account.
You can pay your invoice by credit card online. Simply click "Pay $xx.xx" button in your invoice email and you will be taken to the secure payment page with the amount and reference already pre-populated. American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa cards are accepted.
Alternatively, your school or school board can pay us by cheque or direct deposit EFT to our bank account.
