Product Overview
The apparatus consists of a spring gun from which a ball can be shot horizontally and a block to catch the ball. A freely swinging pendulum moves to a maximum height registered by a lightweight pointer. Using the mass of the ball and pendulum bob, and the maximum height, the initial velocity of the projectile can be calculated.
