Of chemically resistant polypropylene. Holds 44 pipettes in vertical position. Pipettes fit into 2 discs connected by central support column. Upper disc has 32 holes 12 mm in diameter and 12 holes 16 mm in diameter. Lower disc has 44 holes 4 mm in diameter to support tips of pipettes, allowing water droplets or liquids to run off and be retained on the stationary base which has upturned edge. Both discs can be moved up and down the rod to accommodate various lengths of pipettes. Overall height 450 mm; Upper and lower disc diameter 182 mm; base diameter 223 mm.
