Description
A set of 6 jumbo-sized pulleys perfectly suited for classroom demonstrations. Pulley sheaves are molded of strong plastic and turn on a shaft riveted to the open-sided frame. The very smooth surface property of the plastic reduces friction to a minimum. The frame is pressed from thick steel sheet and chrome plated. There is ample space for feeding cords through quickly and for transferring the cord from one wheel to another without complete refeeding. The top and bottom hooks in the frame are at right angles. One of the triple tandem pulleys and one triple parallel feature a lock mechanism for the pulley cord. Each pulley can support a max. of 1 kg without deformation.
