Although the Rubber Mallet has its place, the Rubber Activator offers several benefits. For example, if you’re holding a resonance tube in the other hand, or using more than one tuning fork, it’s more convenient to strike the rubber activator placed on the table or desk. Rubber activator is tapered so the bottom is wider for stability.
