The linear expansion apparatus has all of the tools for the study of thermal expansion through experimentation. The high quality dial allows for precise measurements with 0.01mm resolution and the attached metal tube has fittings for steam inlet, steam outlet, and thermometer placement (thermometer NOT INCLUDED).
