For cutting by the rotation of a hardened steel wheel about the outside of a tube of any size not larger than ~30 mm. Two V guides align the tubing at a position normal to the cut. The wheel is spring loaded to stay open until used. Nickel-plated zinc alloy. For replacement cutting wheel see P-582125.
