Rods of Copper, Brass, Steel, and Aluminum attached with liquid crystal thermometers in a plastic holder. Very easy to use, it suffices to immerse the ends of the metal bars in hot water and observe the relative progression of the rise in temperature on the liquid crystal thermometers, implying different thermal conductivities of the four metals. The rods can be used repeatedly, but only below 100°C.
