Free shipping is available for all courier shipments from this shipping origin, ground service only.
Please note:
• A hazardous handling fee applies to any shipment containing items classified as hazardous and is not included in the Free shipping offer, unless the items are shipped under an applicable small- or limited-quantity provision and no specialized toxic-substance packaging is required.
Truck Freight Shipments (Palletized Loads)
Starting at CA$349 for standard freight service, depending on pallet size, total weight, delivery location, and any additional services required — such as liftgate assistance, appointment scheduling, or inside delivery. A hazardous handling fee applies to any shipment containing items classified as hazardous.
TCI Order Processing Fee
A CA$15 processing fee applies when the TCI merchandise subtotal is below CA$400 (before taxes and shipping). This fee supports supplier coordination, order administration, and compliance review—the extensive TCI catalog includes chemicals potentially subject to numerous Canadian regulatory requirements.
Customs Brokerage Fee
CA$29.95 for courier shipments valued at CA$0–300
CA$34.95 for courier shipments valued at CA$301–1,000
CA$39.95 for courier shipments valued at CA$1,001–1,600
CA$44.95 for courier shipments valued at CA$1,601–5,000
CA$64.95 for courier shipments valued at CA$5,001–7,000
CA$94.95 for courier shipments valued at CA$7,001–10,000
This fee is waived for courier shipments of CA$10,001 or more (based on website pricing before taxes).
CA$145 for truck freight (pallet) shipments regardless of their value.
