Minimum Order
A minimum order of CA$99 (before taxes) is required from this shipping origin. Orders below this amount will be subject to a CA$15 administrative fee.
Shipping Fee (via courier)
To help you anticipate shipping costs, here are estimated rates based on model box sizes designed to help you visualize typical package dimensions. These estimates apply to deliveries to major metro areas across Canada (e.g., Vancouver BC, Calgary AB, Regina SK, Winnipeg MB, Toronto ON, Montréal QC).
Small Box (6 x 6 x 6 in, approx. 2 lb): CA$15
About the size of a large mug or a small speaker.
Medium Box (12 x 12 x 12 in, approx. 8 lb): CA$26
Roughly the size of a basketball or a stack of books.
Large Box (18 x 18 x 18 in, approx. 20 lb): CA$52–58
Comparable to a medium kitchen appliance or a printer.
X-Large Box (24 x 24 x 24 in, approx. 40 lb): CA$82–104
Similar in volume to a small side table or a medium-sized suitcase.
A bulky item surcharge of CA$50 applies to X-Large box shipments.
A hazardous shipping fee applies to any order containing items classified as hazardous, unless shipped under the limited quantity provision.
Free delivery is not offered from this warehouse.

Truck Freight Shipments
Starting at CA$450 for standard freight service, depending on pallet size, total weight, delivery location, and any additional services required — such as liftgate assistance, appointment scheduling, or inside delivery.
Customs Brokerage Fee
CA$24.95 for courier shipments valued at CA$0–134
CA$29.95 for courier shipments valued at CA$135–399
CA$34.95 for courier shipments valued at CA$400–998
This fee is waived for courier shipments of CA$999 or more.
CA$179–529 brokerage fee for truck freight shipments, subject to CFIA-regulated commodity status.
Aquatic, Plant, and Terrestrial Health Inspection Fees
These are Canadian government-required inspections and the associated import processing charges.
For courier shipments: CA$11.95 per item — not per order. Terrestrial, aquatic, and plant health inspections are charged as separate fees (i.e., one order may include multiple inspection types).
For truck freight shipments: CA$209 per veterinary export certificate, issued separately for each species origin (e.g., bovine, ovine, lagomorphs, etc.).
