Product Overview
This package contains 500 grams of Sabouraud-Dextrose Broth, ideal for cultivating a wide range of fungi and yeast species in culture flasks or tubes. The dehydrated broth is conveniently stored in a plastic open-mouth bottle. To prepare, simply mix 50 grams of the dehydrated broth with 1 liter of deionized water, bring to a boil while stirring to ensure complete dissolution. Autoclave the mixture for sterilization. Each bottle makes 10 liters of growth medium.
