Product Overview
This package contains 100 grams of Tryptic Soy Broth (TSB), suitable for growing and maintaining a diverse range of aerobic and facultative anaerobic bacteria and fungi in culture flasks or tubes. The dehydrated broth is conveniently packaged in a plastic open-mouth bottle. To prepare, mix 25 grams of the medium with 1 liter of deionized water, bring to a boil while stirring to ensure complete dissolution. Autoclave the mixture for sterilization. Each bottle produces 4 liters of broth.
This product is specifically designed for use in science education laboratories, and a certificate of analysis is not provided.
